Of course if they market directly, they may lose full price reservations, so they can not offer this directly and use us to market to those that may not have gone there otherwise. They not only fill rooms, but potentially gain a customer in the future or a referral. You may also stay longer at regular rates (or back to us for another ArubaLastMinute.com discount.
Most or all of these properties are NORMALLY 'Saturday to Saturday' or 'Sunday to Sunday' properties that use us to fill unused space. So any and all available nights from one night to 13 nights that end on or before their normal check in day following the booking or the check in day of the following week, qualifies for his 50% discount!
Of course this and all of our properties are subject to availability of units designated for this program. Properties will normally keep some units available for last minute full price rentals, so not all units are available on this program.
