Coral Reef Studio Apartment - sleeps 2 

Weekly Rate US$599 

This is a fully equipped one double bed studio apartment and sleeps a maximum of 2 people. We can supply a cot or camp bed should you wish to have a small child travelling with you.  

The studio kitchen includes a cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator and pots, pans & cutlery. The seperate bathroom has a shower and wc. There is cable television and air-conditioning.

The studio apartment is a seperate building from the beach villa on the opposite side of the beach. The bed is behind french doors which offer a great panoramic view of the coral reef and ocean. Only 5 meters (5 yards) to the Caribbean sea.

Coral Reef Beach Villa - Sleeps 6-8 (Or Individual Cabins-Sleeps 2) 

Weekly Rate US$1599  for exclusive use of whole beach villa (Cabins Weekly Rate $555 Per Cabin Per Week)             

Coral Reef Beach villa is situated on it's own beach some 5 meters from the ocean edge and overlooks the Caribbean Sea. It has three bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and wc.

Each cabin, (also available individually, only $555 per week) has a four-poster bed with full mosquito netting which can be wheeled out onto the oceanfront balcony for a unique experience; sleep under the stars over our Caribbean island! The cabins are also equiped with cable television, air conditioning, small refrigerator, kettle and toaster, plus utensils. 

There is a separate fully equipped luxury kitchen with full cooking facilities, microwave, fridge freezer with water dispenser and ice-making machine, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster, ironing board and iron.

Treehouse US $1499 - sleeps 4/6 

Newly constructed two bedroom, one bathroom wooden treehouse, luxuriously appointed with full kitchen, baby grand piano, Japanese plunge pool, twin showers, DVD player, all areas fully air conditioned and ceiling fans. Comfortably sleeps 4/6. Only $1499.00 per week (for 7 nights) - Photos to be added shortly, please ask for photos and we'll email them to you.

 

All Letting Units

There is complimentary tea, coffee, milk and soap. Wireless internet is available 24/7 so you can check emails on your laptop on the beach or in your apartment. There are sun loungers, beach chairs, a large gas BBQ. Plus shaded areas for eating and drinking.

Our rate includes* taxes, daily maid service (except on Sunday's), gas, 24/7 wireless internet and cable TV.

All linen is provided and beach towels are available to use on request.
"Light" maid service (except on Sunday's) and towels are changed when required.

Sheets are changed once a week. There is laundry service available on request (price list available).

*electricity and water are charged separately on a weekly basis.

Information

We strongly recommend you effect travel insurance at the time of paying, to cover you for a full refund in the event of cancellation due to unforseen circumstances. 

Airport collection/drop off can be arranged for the same as taxi fare, in our Mercedes ML320. 4 passengers plus luggage $29 each way.
